Shannon Turkington

Owner and Founder of A.C.T.

The owner and founder of A.C.T. He started the company 14 years ago when he was buying and renovating houses. People in the community needed renovations themselves and Shannon had the tradesmen so A.C.T. was born.

Over the last 15 years Shannon has grown A.C.T. to 20 tradesmen who specialize in their specific trade to ensure top quality workmanship.

Chad Johnson

Exterior Estimator and Project Manager

Chad started as a helper on a siding crew 12 years ago and learned the trade from the bottom up. He is now an expert in interior and exterior renovations and helps homeowners navigate the huge amount of choice they have. He has an eye for detail and is very organized to help your project stay on time and budget.

Vanessa McCroy

Interior Estimator and Project Manager

Vanessa has spent over 20 years managing family businesses.  Her organizational abilities, people skills and love for interior design have made her a perfect fit as our interiors manager.

She often develops long term friendships with her customers because they can tell she really cares for them and their home.

She runs a tight ship and our trades people appreciate her well organized projects and so will you.

Steve

Carpenter

Steve is part of our exterior team.  He is an expert in many different siding installations along with different kinds of stone work and tin applications.

Shawn

A.C.T. has our very own in-house plumber.  Shawn helps demo old bathrooms and kitchens and rebuilds them to your design.  Having him on our team has given us the ability to stay on schedule since we never have to wait for plumbers in our projects

Colby

Colby started with A.C.T. 5 years ago as a summer student. Now he is trained as a service technician and an exterior product installer.

Justin

Justin has been with A.C.T. for 7 years as a journeyman carpenter. His 25 years of residential and commercial carpentry experience make him the go-to guy for our "strange" projects that require someone with decades of experience.

Beth has been with A.C.T. for 3 years and is now our lead painter. Her eye for detail and ability to plan out a large project make her invaluable to us and our customers
